Terms of Use


Article 1 (Members)

1. “Member” refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms in accordance with the procedures prescribed by our company.
2. “Member Information” refers to information regarding a member’s attributes disclosed to our company, as well as information such as the member’s transaction history.
3. These Terms apply to all members and must be observed both at the time of registration and after registration.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership through the prescribed procedures will obtain membership status upon completion of the registration process. Membership registration must be completed by the applicant本人 (the individual applicant). Registration by a proxy is not permitted. Please note that we may refuse applications from individuals whose membership has previously been revoked or whom we otherwise deem inappropriate.

2. Entry of Member Information
When registering as a member, please carefully read the instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated input form. Special symbols, old-style kanji characters, and Roman numerals may not be used. If such characters are registered, we may modify them at our discretion.

3. Password Management
(1)Passwords may only be used by the member himself/herself and may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
(2)Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including changing them regularly to prevent unauthorized access.
(3)Any declarations or actions taken using a password will be deemed to be made by the member himself/herself, and the member shall bear all responsibility for any resulting payments or obligations.

Article 3 (Changes)

1. If there are any changes to information previously submitted to our company, such as name or address, members must promptly notify us.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from a failure to register such changes. Even if changes are registered, transactions already processed prior to the registration of changes will be conducted based on the previously registered information.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

Members who wish to withdraw must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. Membership will be terminated upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal process.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership Qualification and Liability for Damages)

1. If a member makes false declarations when applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order transactions, or if we otherwise determine that the member is inappropriate, we may revoke the member’s membership qualification.

2. If a member engages in any of the following acts, the member shall be liable to compensate our company for any damages incurred:
(1)Unauthorized use of a member number or password
(2)Tampering with information on this website or sending harmful computer programs to disrupt our business
(3)Infringing intellectual property rights related to products handled by our company
(4)Any other acts that violate these Terms

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. In principle, we will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent. However, we may disclose such information without consent in the following cases:
(1)When disclosure is required by law
(2)When we determine it is necessary to protect our rights, interests, or reputation

3. We may provide members with information (including advertisements) via email newsletters or other means. If a member does not wish to receive such information, they may request to stop it using the prescribed method. However, information necessary for the operation of this service cannot be discontinued at the member’s request.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using this service:

1. Violating laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, shopping guidelines, or other related rules
2. Infringing upon the rights, interests, or reputation of our company or third parties
3. Acts that may harm the physical or mental well-being of minors or violate public order and morals

8. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members due to system interruptions, delays, suspension, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by communication line or computer failures, or any other damages related to our services.
2. We do not guarantee that emails or content sent from our website, servers, or domains do not contain harmful elements such as computer viruses.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a member’s violation of these Terms.

Article 11 (Revisions to These Terms)

We may revise these Terms at our discretion and may establish supplementary terms. Revisions or supplements shall take effect when posted on our designated website. Members shall comply with the revised or supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office as the court of first instance.
